image1-3The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14 NIV

While doing some cleaning in our storage, I found a couple of tubs of Micah’s lego bricks. I brought a small portion in for the grandsons to use. Katy took several unique shaped pieces and made spaceships and cars. The boys enjoyed interacting with the newly formed toys. The overwhelmingness of lots of loose bricks were brought together for something the young boys could enjoy.

Following Jesus can sometimes feel like a lot of random pieces of rules and expectations to live out. When we throw in unexpected life events of pain and derailments, the challenge to bring meaning and purpose becomes even more of a challenge.

Jesus is the Word of God. He has the ability to pull together all of the random pieces of your life into a structure that is understandable to you. His presence communicates life, love and acceptance to you.

You have the ability to see His influence. You were created to experience revelation of the “aha” moments in which you can understand how He has made His dwelling among you. May God touch your eyes to see His unfolding plan in your life as He transforms you into His image.

He always operates with grace and truth as He leads His children. It’s not the back of His hand that His children see, but the extended palm of a nail scarred hand waiting to lift you up. His truth operates like tweezers pulling out the thorn so healing can come. Both truth and grace are provided in abundance with no limit to it’s application.

May you be blessed to see the outworking of the Word becoming flesh in your life today.

Blessings Love Y’all
