Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure. May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.” For the sake of my family and friends, I will say, “Peace be within you.” Psalm 122:6-8 NIV

Pray for Peace – Another Whisper

In the end of your age there will be wars and rumors of wars. Fear not, for I have told you these things will be. Let My peace settle over your hearts and minds.

Peace among people is more than calmness. It is a fruit of resolved conflict between those who have been offended and those who are pursuing evil. Yes, peace can be found even between enemies. Dialoguing is not peace, but conversations can lead to peace.

My word came to you about our broken relationship because of sin. You heard the good news that I have given you forgiveness of sin and life everlasting with Me as My child. My words and your confession brought life to your spirit.

Why pray for peace when war is happening and evil seems to be increasing? Not only do people die in war, but generations are impacted. When you pray for peace, I listen. Then I send your prayer for peace upon your request as well as upon your family and friends. Stop cursing and judging. Release my desire for life and peace. Words matter because they have the power of life and death.

Your prayers matter. Your prayer for peace releases into the heavenlies the orchestrating of My kingdom of heaven into the realm of this earth of chaos, fear and evil. I am inviting you to pray for peace so that you may receive peace and be a peacemaker.  I AM FOR PEACE.
