You are wanted! You are loved! You are chosen!
One of the greatest fears that lays deep within you is rejection – that feeling of being unwanted. It masquerades as many other types of thoughts hoping to remain hidden. “I’m not good enough”, “I’ll never measure up”, “No one truly cares about me, especially if they knew the real me”, “i’ve made so many mistakes, I know I have disqualified myself”, “I’m not pretty, smart, talented, or skilled enough for anyone’s group”. BUT I have chosen YOU!
You were not my child, but I chose you and adopted you and called you My own. You have the privilege of being called one of My children – a child of God. I put My Name upon you.
No good thing do I withhold from those who are My children. Every good and perfect gift flows from Me, your Father in which I do not waver in My love for you. I have thoughts of good and not to harm you. I will always be present with you in the now and in the future.
Love requires the option of rejection, not from the one extended the love. The one receiving love can deny it. A warm embrace is made by both people with open arms. I know you fear that I have a hand for wrath instead of extending one for help. My wrath was fully met upon My Son on the cross. His open arms…that is your invitation to come to Me.
As soon as you follow Me, I impart gifts to you through the Holy Spirit. His presence helps you reject fear and helps you to cry out to Me, Abba which means Father. This is a term for intimate relationships such as Papa, Daddy, or Baba. My Spirit will bear a strong impression upon your heart and mind that you are Mine. Say the truth with Me, “Fear and rejection be gone, I belong to my Father, God.”
