She is my sister in Christ
And he is my brother
I’ve been born into a family
We get to love each other
So different in many ways
Definitely not the same
Jesus is our unifier
We are one in His name
We work better together
Connected like body parts
Drawn toward one another
Happiness fills our hearts
When we get close together
We are gonna bump and scrape
That doesn’t mean we don’t fit
It’s Jesus’ body and His shape
Loving and longing to be with friends
Reunion brings a joy of its own
Stand firm in the teachings of faith
We’re not designed to stand alone
Don’t neglect meeting together
