Hope in Darkness, Another Whisper

Come with great power, O God, and rescue me!  Defend me with your might. Listen to my prayer, O God. Pay attention to my plea. Psalm 54:1-2 NLT

When the suddenness of bad news occurs, you call out to Me. When the fear of death for a loved one has fallen upon you, I hear your cry. When your options come crashing down around you and hope seems snuffed out, I am a breath away from your voice.

No one wants to be hemmed in by troubles of this life. Things go awry with finances, health, opportunities, and/or relationships. These troubles lead you to the edge of the question, “what’s going to happen to me?” At that point, some people call to Me for help.

I am here like sunshine on the other side of a darkened curtain. The vastness of hope is limitless in this light waiting to penetrate into the darkness of your moment. Even though your calculations all end with bad scenarios, I hold answers yet unseen for you.

Seek Me and you will find Me. Call to me in your pain and listen for My reply. I am always orchestrating life for good for you. I will work things out for you, which is a little easier when your pliable heart calls out to Me for help.

I understand pain and the trials that you are facing. My Son has walked in your shoes. Still, it is your path that You and I must walk together. Allow Me to guide you through your trial. Call to Me and listen.
