To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph! Psalm 47:1 NKJV

Jimbob and Wally learn about shouting unto God

When is the best time to shout to God? BEFORE and AFTER. We are more familiar with the AFTER. Praise and thanksgiving well up inside when we experience victory and the shout comes forth. When a prayer has been answered, we shout to God for His mercy and kindness.

The AFTER. Like watching sports, when your team makes a great play, the stadium erupts with shouts of joy. It is equally fitting for exuberant thanks and praise to come forth from the one who has experienced God’s grace and mercy. The man who Jesus healed through Peter and John, went walking and leaping and praising God. When was the last time that YOU gave God and AFTER shout?

The BEFORE shout. Faith is the evidence of things unseen. It is the believing of things that are not yet reality, as though they are reality. Faith always begins with a promise of God that is planted as a seed in your heart ready to grow. Even though no physical sign may be present that the promise can become reality, faith takes root to believe God for the impossible.

At this point, the shout unto God for His victory is vitally important. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.  We need the encouragement that comes from our own voice aligning with the promise of God.

The BEFORE shout brings boldness, conviction, hope, resolve and clarity. Many times the shout keeps us determined in our trust. Let your words align with God’s promises and watch God do what man said is impossible. Shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

Blessing Love y’all
