Let the name of the Lord be praised, both now and forevermore. From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. Psalm 113:2-3 NIV

Praise Looks Good On Ya

Praise looks good on ya! The connection between creator and creation is consummated in worship. Your heart finds rest, peace, acceptance and love in the place of praise.

Why do you find it difficult to praise Me, when it’s part of your human DNA? Why do you think churches are divided over styles of worship? Why do you think the whole earth is groaning at the present, while awaiting open reunification of praise with Me?

Sin and the author of lies, Satan, twist the purity of praise. The creation begins to worship itself. The Liar slanders My love for you, by telling you I don’t REALLY care or I don’t exist.

You will find something to worship. You will hunt to capture an experience to fill the missing piece in the puzzle of your heart of unconditional love. Like water sifting through a sieve, what you hold as valuable apart from Me will never sustain you, try as you may.

Don’t get stuck on the style of praise, for I start by looking at the grateful heart. The one who is broken, may come. The one who feels worthless, may come. The one who is weary, may come. The one who is ready to cease striving, may come. The one who is hiding and thinks I do not SEE you, may come. Come to Me all you who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest.

King David wished for a thousand tongues to sing of My redemption’s praise. You are privileged  to use the one which you have to engage in worship and praise. In the place of praise you escape for a moment into the throne room of heaven, where praise continues around My throne. My child, because of My Son’s sacrifice you may enter and stay in My presence.

Go ahead and share your joys and sorrows with Me. Then pause for a moment. Allow Me to whisper back to you how much I love you. Yes, I am speaking this to you, My child. I inhabit the praises of My people.

Whispers from Your Father, God
